Griffco Valve, Inc.

Diaphragm Back Pressure Valves

Diaphragm Pressure Relief Valves

Calibration Columns

Griffco diaphragm back pressure valves are designed to enhance the performance of chemical feed systems by applying a continuous back pressure to the chemical feed pump, while also acting as an anti-syphon valve. Robust construction ensures reliability in the rigorous service of municipal and industrial applications.

Wetted materials include:
PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF, PTFE, 316 SS, A 20 and Hast. C.

Available sizes: 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/2", 2", 3", 4"

High Flow Series Back Pressure Valves

Griffco high flow diaphragm back pressure valves are designed to enhance the performance of higher flow, continuous feed pumps that require a constant head pressure, while also acting as an anti-syphon valve. Larger orifice sizes make the valve ideal for use with higher viscosity fluids.

Wetted materials include:
PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF, PTFE, 316 SS, A 20 and Hast. C.

Available sizes: 1/2", 3/4", 1"

T-Series Back Pressure Valves

Griffco diaphragm back pressure valves are designed to enhance the performance of chemical feed systems by applying a continuous back pressure to the chemical feed pump, while also acting as an anti-syphon valve. Robust construction ensures reliability in the rigorous service of municipal and industrial applications.

Wetted materials include:
PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF, PTFE, 316 SS, A 20 and Hast. C.

Available sizes: 1/4", 1/2"

Griffco diaphragm pressure relief valves are designed to protect chemical feed systems from over pressure damage caused by defective equipment or a blockage in the chemical feed line. Robust construction ensures reliability in the rigorous service of municipal and industrial applications.

Wetted materials include:

PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF, PTFE, 316 SS, A 20 and Hast. C.

Available sizes: 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/2", 2", 3", 4"

High Flow Series Pressure Relief Valves

Griffco high flow diaphragm pressure relief valves are designed to protect chemical transfer systems from over pressure damage caused by defective equipment or a blockage in the chemical line. Large orifice sizes facilitate high flows and high viscosity.

Wetted materials include:

PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF, PTFE, 316SS, A20 and Hast. C.

Available sizes: 1/2", 3/4", 1"

T-Series Pressure Relief Valves

Griffco diaphragm pressure relief valves are designed to protect chemical feed systems from over pressure damage caused by defective equipment or a blockage in the chemical feed line. Robust construction ensures reliability in the rigorous service of municipal and industrial applications.

Wetted materials include:

PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF, PTFE, 316 SS, A 20 and Hast. C.

Available sizes: 1/4", 1/2"

Glass Calibration Columns

Griffco Borosilicate Glass Calibration Columns are designed to enhance the performance of chemical feed systems by providing a verification of the flow rate of the chemical feed pump. Constructed of borosilicate glass, these cylinders are suitable for use with most chemicals.

Choice of 5 end cap materials, PVC, CPVC, Polypro, PTFE, PVDF, 316 SS, A20.

8 sizes; 100 mL, 200 mL, 500 mL, 1000 mL, 2000 mL, 4000 mL, 10 L, 20 L

Clear PVC Calibration Columns

Griffco calibration columns are designed to enhance the performance of chemical feed systems by providing a verification of the flow rate of the chemical feed pump. Robust construction of clear PVC with an easy to read graduation in mls and gph.

12 sizes; 100mL, 200mL, 300mL, 500mL, 1000mL, 2000mL, 4000mL, 5000mL, 7000mL, 10,000mL, 15000mL, 20,000mL.

Sealed:

Top is glued to cylinder and contains a vent or overflow connection. (NPT). Used in applications where there is a positive suction head and a permanent installation

is desired.

Loose Cap:

Top is loose and does not have a connection in the top. Dust cover only. Used in applications where there is no positive suction head and the cylinder must be filled from the top.

EZ-Clean: (Available 100mL thru 7000mL only)

Top is sealed with an O-ring and has a vent connection, but removable for easy cleaning. Used in applications where frequent cleaning is required such as polymer, alum, ferric chloride or chlorine.
